After putting these boots on once the heel support collapsed and now I cannot get them on. I’m a true size 5 and for some reason these seem too small and tight and no support in the back and now I can’t even get them on my feet.

Perfect fit and I love the color
Fit as expected. I had to use a shoe horn the first few times because of the rigid heel but now my feet slide right in. I have wide feet. Super warm and comfortable.

I cannot believe how hard these are to get on like they did not think these through it all. I had to literally smash the boot to get my foot in it and then it fit but they're just ridiculous. I've been finding this more and more with these boots every different style obviously they have nobody trying these on before they sell these to the public. it's just ridiculous I mean you literally have to smash the back of the boot to get it on I'm definitely returning these they're ridiculous and they're a little short none of these are consistent I'm finding also I have at least 25 Pairs and each one runs totally different.

I love this style of this boot! I have a high in step or arch in my foot and for people with high arch getting it in can be a little challenging once it’s in it’s better but it be a lot nicer. If you could just slide your foot in and I can’t with the high arch..
